The CH570’s innovative ConeHead®
drum - more efficient slicing geometry that requires less horsepower to chip, and delivers consistent chip quality that pleases buyers.

• The Dynamic CH570 is built for full shifts day after day, whether limbs & tops, roundwood,
  or full tree. Produce 6 to 8 loads, more in the most efficient operations.
• ConeHead slicing action outperforms conventional flat-faced drums, especially in stringy and small branch feeds. And slicing makes less noise and vibration – you can hear it
• Maintenance time is key, so Dynamic gave the 570 fast change belly wear pans. The
  discharge and transition wear surfaces change quickly, too.
• The large top feedwheel and companion bottom feedwheel direct limby stems to the cone
  drum, even hardwood. Feedwheel carbon steel edges hold their edge, and are made to be
  touched up with a grinder occasionally to restore sharpness and like-new feeding.
• The CH570 story includes ConeHead’s outstanding discharge throw for long trailers, and
  very consistent chip size and quality that pleases chip buyers, especially new bio-energy /
  biomass plants.
• When the economics of your business includes higher pay for lower moisture chips,
  Dynamic’s cone drum is productive in dry material because of its slicing action, and keeps
  you running because knives stay sharp longer by slicing and not slamming into the material.
  Slicing uses less energy, making more chips per fuel gallon - especially important if (or when) extra high fuel prices return.
• Horsepower offered by Cummins, Deere and Caterpillar, 500, 440, 365 or 350hp. Advanced
